Byte-preserving Java properties bundle editing

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and the developer and vendor identified on the JetBrains Marketplace listing for BundleSafe, publishing under the name Qpalzamty (the “Developer”). It governs your use of the BundleSafe plugin (the “Plugin”). JetBrains is not a party to this Agreement.
The Developer grants you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use the Plugin in accordance with this Agreement and the documentation published for the Plugin. The license is perpetual for each version of the Plugin made available to you free of charge.
You may make reasonable backup copies for archival purposes.
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:
The Plugin is licensed, not sold. The Developer and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Plugin, including all applicable copyright and other intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Agreement.
Updates, upgrades, and support may be provided at the Developer’s discretion. The Developer does not promise that any particular update, feature, or support service will be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. The Developer disclaims, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and freedom from harmful components.
Use of the Plugin is at your own risk. The Developer does not warrant that the Plugin will meet your requirements, operate without interruption or error, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from or related to the Plugin or this Agreement, regardless of the legal theory and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Developer’s aggregate liability arising from or related to the Plugin or this Agreement will not exceed the fees you paid for the Plugin through JetBrains Marketplace during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Because the Plugin is currently provided free of charge, that amount is zero, except where applicable law does not permit this limitation.
JetBrains and its affiliates are not parties to this Agreement and bear no liability arising from or related to the Plugin or this Agreement.
This Agreement terminates automatically if you materially breach it. Upon termination, you must stop using the Plugin and delete copies in your possession or control. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
The Agreement that accompanied the version of the Plugin you acquired governs that version. A revised Agreement may apply to later versions and will be published before those versions are made available.
